Empowering our youth: In conjunction with Just Lovin' Music Studios, Inc., (a non-profit organization) Gigi teaches music to children from grades 2nd through 5th in the Unified Inglewood School District. The children are learning music theory, music history and they are learning to play an instrument - the 'Recorder'. Gigi also serves as a Board Member with JLMS, Inc.

Gigi volunteered with the Culver City public school system, teaching with the "Reading By 9" program, as well as, volunteering with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for "Patient and Family Services" and the "Music for Healing" program. In addition, Gigi volunteers with Good Will, modeling fashions for benefits and events that raise funding to employ job seekers.

Relocating from New York (born in Chicago), Gigi Iam resides in California.

Other projects include writing articles for 'No Strings Attached' an Entertainment News Magazine Online. Writing and publishing a book, and producing an independent documentary based on a true story. Working with filmmaker Gerald G. Haynes of Haynes Entertainment on an upcoming feature. Stay tuned.
